The Mimosa B5x is a modular point-to-point (PTP) wireless backhaul radio designed for WISPs and enterprise networks. It operates across the 4.9–6.4 GHz frequency range and supports up to 1.5 Gbps aggregate throughput with low latency performance. The radio uses 4x4:4 MIMO OFDM technology with modulation up to 256-QAM, helping maintain strong and stable links even in congested RF environments. It features an integrated 8 dBi antenna for short-range deployments and supports interchangeable Mimosa N5-X twist-on antennas for longer-distance and higher-gain applications. The B5x also supports dual-channel operation, GPS synchronization for frequency reuse, and cloud-based network monitoring and management. Built with an IP67-rated enclosure, it is designed for outdoor deployments in harsh weather conditions and can be used for long-distance backhaul, relay links, tower connectivity, and high-capacity wireless infrastructure.
