The Mimosa C5x is a small but powerful client and backhaul radio designed for both Point-to-Point (PTP) and Point-to-Multipoint (PTMP) wireless deployments. Built for high performance, the C5x delivers reliable wireless speeds of up to 500 Mbps in PTMP mode and up to 700 Mbps in PTP mode. This makes it suitable for applications that require stable and efficient data transmission over long distances or across multiple subscriber connections. Its advanced RF design helps maintain strong performance even in areas with heavy interference, allowing network operators to maximize throughput and maintain dependable connectivity.
The C5x also stands out for its impressive RF performance and interference rejection capabilities. Encased in a durable metal housing and paired with custom-designed horn and Cassegrain antennas, the radio is engineered to minimize localized noise and improve signal isolation. The antennas in the N5-X family are optimized with excellent sidelobe rejection, helping reduce unwanted interference from surrounding wireless devices. This breakthrough front-to-back and front-to-side performance allows the C5x to maintain cleaner and more stable wireless links in high-density environments.
