Cambium Networks is an American telecommunications company that develops wireless broadband and networking solutions for enterprises, service providers, and wireless internet service providers (WISPs). Originally formed from Motorola’s Canopy and Orthogon wireless businesses in 2011, Cambium Networks specializes in point-to-point (PTP) backhaul, point-to-multipoint (PMP) wireless systems, enterprise WiFi, network switching, and cloud-managed networking platforms. Its products are widely used to deliver broadband connectivity in urban, suburban, rural, and remote areas where fiber deployment may be difficult or expensive. Popular solutions such as ePMP, PMP 450, cnWave, and cnMaestro help WISPs build scalable, high-capacity wireless networks with reliable performance and centralized management.
