We want purchases from Cyber Antennas to arrive as expected. This policy describes the general process for returns, cancellations, and refunds. Product-specific or written quote terms take priority where applicable.
Requesting a return
Contact us before returning an item. Include your order number, the reason for the request, and photographs when the item is damaged or incorrect. Items returned without authorization might be delayed or refused.
Return eligibility
Unless product-specific or written order terms state otherwise, return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Eligible items must generally be unused, complete, and returned in their original packaging. Custom, configured, clearance, final-sale, hazardous, perishable, downloaded, or specially ordered products might not be returnable unless defective or required by law.
Return shipping and restocking
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return and the applicable order terms. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply when disclosed and permitted by law. We cover reasonable return costs when we supplied an incorrect or verified defective item.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after returned goods are received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time. Original expedited shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Warranty
Unless a product page or written order term states otherwise, products include a 1 year limited warranty covering verified defects in materials or workmanship. Misuse, unauthorized modification, normal wear, and accidental damage are not covered unless required by law.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. An order can be cancelled before processing or shipment when feasible; custom or committed supplier orders may not be cancellable.
